And that is good news because honey tastes great and is fun to eat.  You should also take lime and honey to keep your energy levels up.  You will juice half of a lime with 1 tablespoon of fresh honey in warm water.  Cabbage is also featured because it can prevent sugars from becoming fats.  You will be able to eat both raw and cooked foods, but you will have to make your portions smaller.  Great, another diet program that I have no chance to stick to!  Cabbage!  Are you kidding me?

Ayurveda also suggests natural weight loss supplements: ezi slim, medohar vidangadi luah, punarnavadi guggul and neemguard.  These supplements are considered to be safe and are used widely to treat obesity.  

All things considered, Ayurveda is a great weight loss solution.  It is natural and it will help you lose weight and make you extremely healthy.  I imagine that you will have a bunch of energy and vitality as well.  I definitely recommend using it if you can stick to the diet.  I have absolutely no chance at sticking to it.  I would consider it to be torture.
